You are perfectly made

You are perfectly made, yes you. The messy parts? Perfect. The weird parts? Perfect. The scared parts? Perfect. The goofy parts? Perfect.

All of you is perfect. No exceptions. This is the belief that leads all of my interactions with the people I work with. Whatever shows up is absolutely and perfectly what needed to show up in that moment.

There is no part of you or your experience that is a mistake.

When we can approach our healing work with this in mind, we no longer have to fight or shame or blame anything that shows up. We can approach it with awareness and gratitude, learn from it and move on.

So much of what I see slows people down in their healing process is blame and shame and resistance to how it's supposed to be. If we knew that how it is, even when it's uncomfortable, is perfect, our road to healing would be much less bumpy.

Even the pain is perfect for what you need to learn to heal and grow in this lifetime. You see, when we are aware of our creative expressions and how we authentically show up in the world, we are also aware of what is holding us back from being the most authentic version of our self. We can see that the obstacles we encounter in this lifetime are exactly what we need to learn how to let go of the false ways we show up and step into our true creative power.

This also means that when we work together, it is my highest priority to not have an agenda about what you need to heal. I am confident in the skills and tools I have to work with and transmute whatever shows up, but because you are already perfect and anything that shows up is perfect I won't ever pretend that I know what you need to heal.

We will work together to get you skills and tools to deal with whatever shows up. In your perfection you have the power, strength and ability to heal yourself.

When we can approach the unhealed parts of us knowing they are already perfect we tend to get answers around what we need to heal faster. It is when we shame and blame our selves that healing feels hard and messy.

Knowing we are perfect is knowing that we are already whole and healed. Sometimes we just forget.

I invite you to remember your perfection. If you have forgotten that you are perfect, if you are seeking your own perfection, lets work together. Head over to the services page and schedule yourself an Emergent Coaching or Somatic Journeywork session.
