As your Somatic Journey work Guide and Emergent Coach I am here to help you navigate your human experience on this planet. I'm here to help you unlock the mysteries you've hidden from yourself in this lifetime so that you can experience everything you desire.

These are 10 statements that provide the foundation of the work that I do.

1. We each have a unique Body Language. Understanding your Body Language is key to navigating your way to joy and bliss.

2. You have unlimited access to Divine Knowledge. Everything you need to know is already available to you. (read more about this here.)

3. We can't do this alone.

4. You are meant to enjoy your life. No I mean really, really, really enjoy your life.

5. Love and playfulness is where it is at.

6. Awareness and Gratitude heal almost everything.

7. You are perfectly made.

8. When we are able to connect to our true creative nature, the possibilities are limitless.

9. Medicine comes in all forms. Medicine from our soul and the earth is most lovingly potent.

10. In order to be in our light we must be willing to dance with our darkness.
