About the event
Hello mama.....this is space created just for you. A space to surrender, to allow your mind to quiet enough to get curious, to commit to yourself and to trust in your path.
Come sit with a group of mamas just like you, ones that find a spiritual challenge in motherhood. Mamas just like you that allow the challenges of motherhood to shine light on the parts of you that need to grow, stretch. The parts of you that need to be left behind so you may step fully into the role you are meant to fulfill.
We'll begin with a cacao ceremony. Allowing this beautiful medicine to open your heart and soften into your space. Followed by a guided meditation, free flow movement and sound healing before we gather in circle to share.
Circles are monthly and will follow the four holotropic spaces of surrender, curiosity, commit and trust. This…
