I'm Sarah....that's me and my hubby after one of our favorite concerts ever. I thought about putting some stuffy professional picture up there, but that's not me. That....that's me. In my happy place feeling more Alive that I could ever imagine. That's who you're working with....not someone in a carefully crafted stuffy head shot.

 

I am a Compassionate Visionary Storyteller.

 

Love is my jam.

 

My personal mission is to raise the consciousness of the planet by teaching people how to love themselves.

 

I am here to help build your tool box to show up authentically and without apology. I want to see your light shine bright. And I want it to be easy for you.

My life has been spent helping people love themselves. I believe our physical bodies are a beautiful and a finely tuned tool that can be our greatest guide. We’re not taught to use our bodies as a useful tool. In fact, most of our lives we’re actively told NOT to trust out body. We override hunger, sleep, emotions….keeping ourselves in check about what’s “supposed to be”.

 

The long term consequences of this is a dullness for life (at best!). For many people, myself included, living life this way leads to illness, pain, depression, anxiety, overwhelm, separation.

 

What would our lives be like if we trusted our inner knowing? I have seen in my 20+ years of working with people, when we can love ourselves deeply (whatever that looks like for you) and trust that we already have access to all the Wisdom we will ever need life gets more fun, more magical and easy. When we can trust that our body has all the answers our light can turn into a supernova.

As a Compassionate Visionary Storyteller my ease, my Aliveness, comes from holding space for how you operate in the world. I already know and believe you are perfect, loved and whole. My Visionary Secondary will help us move towards a defined goal (in your personal life, career, relationship or as a parent) and be your biggest cheerleader as you move towards that goal. My Storyteller Mental Body helps to see the patterns that give us clarity about how we’re showing up.
